Wyatt Real Estate was founded in 1941 by Earl A. Wyatt, and his son, Don E. Wyatt joined him in 1950, and Don’s son, David E. Wyatt, joined the firm in 1976. Three generations of the Wyatt family have now been working for buyers and sellers of real property for 65 continuous years, serving all of the Galveston County and surrounding areas. Earl A. Wyatt was the first MAI (Member Appraisal Institute) and SIR (Society of Industrial Realtors) in Galveston County. He opened his Houston office in the Bank of the Southwest Tower in 1951, handling commercial and industrial properties and doing appraisal work. He drove back and forth to Houston for 19 years, until he died in 1970. The Wyatt firm has been a member of the local chamber since its inception, and Earl A. Wyatt was a founding charter member of the chamber. Wyatt Real Estate was recently recognized by the Houston Board of Realtors as one of the top 25 Realtor companies for outstanding sales achievements. Wyatt Real Estate, now in its 65th year of continuous service, invites your call for buying, selling and leasing all forms of real estate, including residential, commercial, multi-family, condominiums, town homes, industrial and unimproved lots and acreage. The Wyatt firm will soon be in its new office building, now under construction on 21st street and 10th avenue north, across from the post office in Texas city, where the needed larger space will enable the company to offer even better service. |
